OUR HISTORY

In the early 1990's when the need for real estate due diligence became mandatory, Ms. Speer worked for one of the premier consulting firms in the industry.  She developed and maintained the Property Condition and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment report templates and supervised and trained the report production department and property inspectors regarding;

For the last 30 years Ms. Speer worked for various due diligence consulting, contracting, and Architectural consulting firms. She held positions ranging from Project Manager to Director of Due Diligence. Her years of experience and training lead to the transition to business owner at Physical Property Analysis in 2017. For the last four years, PPA has successfully helped clients with over due diligence 350 projects.
